OPERATING INSTRUCTION
This hudraulic explosion-proof axial flow fan is designed and manufactured on our own for vessels. Since the machine has no electrical system, the power comes from fire system to drive the fan rotating with the high speed, and the main material is cooper & aluminum alloy with anti – static spark, therefore, it has a high a anti – hazard classification, which makes itself an ideal instrument for eliminating and transferring noxious gas, and for washing cabins of vessels as well.

DESIGN FEATURE
The machine consists of casing, water turbine and propeller … etc., the casing and propeller is cast by the aluminum alloy, and the water turbine is cast by the copper alloy, the shaft parts is process by the stainless steel. It is simple and compact in structure, light in weight, and corrosion proof. The water inlet and outlet has quick fire fighting connection, and easy to use and installation.
INSTALLATION AND USE
- Make the export of fan sets with the screw bolt in the flange of hatch cover.
- Make the exit branch of water pump connects with quick connections (fire fighting connection) on the inlet branch of the fan.
- On the water outlet of the fan, please install the pipe, easy to the water exit backflow to tank (duty cycle operation).
- Startup the water pump, the compressed water drives impeller rotate of the water turbine, and bring vane rotate, make the fresh air continuous send to space of need blow down, and exhaust the contaminated air.
MAINTENANCE
- The operation water pressure of water pump is 0,4~0,7 Mpa as proper, and the pressure is lower, the speed of vane is slow, and causes the air volume not enough; if the pressure is overtop, the speed of vane is soon, and causes the fan easy to vibration and the shaft of vane will strain.
- When the fan arises the abnormality voice or the surface temperature of bearing seat overtop in the operation, please check bearing whether failure, the shaft whether strain. If belong to failure or strain, should replace the new bearing or shaft in time.
- Please removal the vane and bearing cover periodically, infuse into the clean lubricating grease in the bearing seat, to guarantee that the water turbine running is agility.
